PLAÉ Pretty offers free standard shipping on orders over $250 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the contiguous United States.

You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label if needed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept returns of eligible* merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective with all original packaging and tags purchased, online at plaepretty.com and packed with the return slip for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that any original shipping charges and shipping taxes are non-refundable. PLAE Pretty can deny funds on returned items that do not comply with our policy.
