WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Placed orders will ship from our warehouse within 5 business days.

Expedited orders placed after noon EST will ship on the next business day (products will not ship during the weekend given item availability and payment verification.  If an item is not currently in stock, we will indicate an expected ship date.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After the initial shipment, packages could take between 3-10 business days to arrive at your specified delivery address.

Please reference the chart below for more information about when you will receive your expedited shipping order. Please note, that this schedule is not guaranteed as shipping is subject to unforeseeable circumstances or weather delays

ARE RETURNS AND SHIPPING FREE?

PLAÉ Pretty offers free standard shipping on orders over $250 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the contiguous United States.

You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label if needed.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (U.S. ORDERS)

Please include your packed return slip, and make sure to indicate the reason for your return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. Mail your items using the included pre-paid return label. For returns, a flat fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your order for shipping and restocking.

WHAT IS YOUR STORE CREDIT POLICY?

All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Please note we do not make deliveries to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders that come through with these delivery locations may be canceled and refunded.
